Return Policy
Do you accept returns?
Due to the risk of product degradation, returns for peptides are not accepted. However, we accept limited returns if a product arrives damaged.
- Damaged Shipments: Contact customer service at support@paradigmpeptidesllc.com for return instructions.
- Lost Shipments:
- If the carrier’s delivery confirmation report shows non-delivery, we will reship at no cost.
- If the report indicates “delivered” but the shipment is claimed as lost, our guarantee is fulfilled, and we will not reship free of charge.
Missing Items in an Order
If a product is missing from your order, contact us immediately. Once we verify the claim, we will ship the missing item. Note: All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.
How Do Returns Work?
If your return is accepted:
- A refund will be issued minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

How Are Chargebacks Handled?
Chargebacks are treated seriously and considered fraudulent if not legitimate. Changing your mind about a product is not valid grounds for a chargeback.
