When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within 24 hours of payment by Bitcoin purchases. For e-check purchases, orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days after shipment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default. If you choose expedited shipping, your package will be sent through USPS Priority.

What should I do if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?
We photograph and document every order to guard against mishandling by USPS. If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, you have 14 days to contact us for a return or replacement.
